Reciting the Mindfulness Trainings

As we learn better ways to live and to nourish the Mind of Love, we want to bring them more and more into our daily lives. To nourish this aspiration, it is helpful to belong to a practice community, whose members hold similar values, share the same intention, and by their presence and efforts support your own presence and efforts.

Every two weeks, we like to renew our commitment to living mindfully. In the Plum Village tradition, we do this by reciting the Five Mindfulness Trainings of the lay community, or the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of Interbeing.

You can follow either of the links to read the trainings on line. The associated recitation practice or ceremony is found lower down on each page.
