In breath, out calm
Breathing in, I am aware of my breath; Breathing out, I calm my breathFollowing the movement of our breath into our body, our attention also arrives in the body. We concentrate our awareness on the breath, and the distractions of other thoughts and feelings diminish.
In body, out calm
Breathing in, I am aware of my whole body; Breathing out, I calm my whole bodyIn feelings, out happy
