Supported by community we awaken, train and deepen the nature of mindfulness within us. Every day that we practice, we feel healthier and stronger.
The shared vitality of a healthy sangha overflows to the neighborhoods and communities that surround it. You are the perfume of a flowering tree, a lilac or a loquat, that is carried on the breeze: it refreshes everyone who passes by. Maybe they can’t even see the blossoms or the tree: where is it, where is it? Maybe one or another, passing by, will stop rushing to their work or their next appointment, maybe they will try to find the source of that sweet fragrance…
When we find ourselves with flowers in our hands, we are even happier to share. We share as a community, we go as a river, so that freshness is abundant and collective. Not as one lilac blossom, but as an entire tree of scent.
Many activities and practices help us reach beyond our small circle, so we contribute to the health of people and living things around us. A few of our practices are listed here.
